We honestly still cover it: Jupiter sits close to 98 kilometers from our Davie base, the single farthest point on our entire coverage map, and we say so plainly rather than quietly hope nobody checks. The town itself runs a genuinely unusual water system: it treats brackish groundwater through reverse osmosis at one of the largest desalination operations of its kind in the country, rather than pulling from a conventional fresh aquifer the way most of our board does.
West of town, Jupiter Farms is a different world entirely: the whole community sits on private wells for drinking water, most properties run their own septic system, and Loxahatchee River District only reaches part of that area for sewer. A property out there gets a different estimate than a Jupiter address closer to the coast, and we ask which situation applies before quoting anything.
